Retail Shipping
Orders
Orders can be placed via email at info@egg2cake.com. If your order is placed by 10:30 am EST and all the items you ordered are in stock, your order will be processed and shipped within two business days. If you choose an expedited shipping method, your order will go out the same day it is placed if the order is placed by 10:30 am EST; otherwise the order will go out no later than the following business day. After you place your order we will send you a confirmation email.
Payment Methods
We require an email address to invoice through Paypal, a free and secure online payment service.
Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped USPS, Fedex or UPS, depending on the speed of service requested and current rates. Orders shipped via standard ground service usually arrive within 3-5 business days, except during holidays. You can also choose express shipping options such as overnight and 2-day services. Packages are shipped from Cincinnati, Ohio. Ground and expedited shipping are listed below as flat rates by order total for the 48 contiguous states. Please contact us at info@egg2cake.com if you want to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Sales Tax
We are required by the state of Ohio to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to an Ohio address.
Returns
All claims of damage or shortage must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Notice of loss or damage must be given to the carrier immediately. All paperwork and packing material must be retained for carrier inspection. Returns will only be accepted if resulting from shipping error.
Please contact us at info@egg2cake.com for a return authorization number and return address information. Returns without an authorization will not be processed. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued via Paypal.
Color Representation
Due to variations in computer monitors, Egg2Cake cannot guarantee exact color matches from screen images to printed product.
Wholesale Shipping
Information
All Egg2Cake products are available to wholesale accounts. Please email info@egg2cake.com or fill out the retail form on the 2 Contact page for more information, including our price list.
Delivery
Shipping is billed at cost, typically via Fedex Ground.
Returns

All cancellations must be in writing, and cancellations received less than two weeks prior to ship date will incur a 20% restocking fee. Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to freight fees. Returns without out an authorization number will not be processed.
